Eleanor Yearwood

Eleanor holds a Degree in Hotel Management and Business Studies. With over 20 years experience working in operations within the hospitality and leisure industry she has immense working knowledge of people and business practices.

Eleanor's passion is finding out what people really want in their lives and then challenging and supporting them to align their activities with their vision.

She is qualified to administer Myers Briggs Type Indicator - MBTI and FIRO-B personality and behaviour indicators and is also qualified to administor the Hay / McBer 360 degree multi-rater Emotional Competency Inventory - ECI which assesses the emotional intelligence of leaders, manager, and critical professionals.

Eleanor is a member of the International Coaching Federation and the Association of Neuro Linguistic Programming and is a qualified Trainer of NLP and certified as an NLP Coach.

Gregor Findlay

With 17 years business and management experience in both large and small organisations, his main experience is in the technology sector, and his understanding of the relentless pace of change the employees of such firms have to deal with provides a valuable context for his coaching.

He has an Honours degree in psychology from Edinburgh University and is qualified in the use of the Myers-Brigg Type Indicator® (MBTI) Step I and Step II and FIRO-B psychometric instruments, along with the ECI (Emotional Competence Inventory), an online 360 degree feedback tool based on Emotional Intelligence.

His coaching style is non-directive, inspired by Timothy Gallwey's 'Inner-Game' approach and Sir John Whitmore's 'Performance Coaching'. Whilst these approaches provide a strong structure and process for coaching, he uses many other tools including NLP to achieve the breakthroughs that his clients demand.

Sue Green

Sue Green chartered occupational psychologist

Sue is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist. She has been a practitioner for 17 years and she specialises in working with people in the area of personal development. Her focus is principally on leadership and management behaviour and her work centres on helping individuals to understand and execute different ways of thinking and acting.

In her early career Sue developed a depth of expertise in the area of objective assessment, working for a leading UK Business Psychology consultancy.

Since the late 1980s she has specialised in the area of Leadership Development, where she has been working with clients for the past 11 years. She has led a number of projects that have been focused on identifying and developing organisations' leadership capabilities.

Fiona Ivin

Fiona Ivin for personal impact

Fiona began her career as a teacher of high school students. Later she developed an interest in psychology and training that took her on to a Master's degree course in Educational Management and Counselling Psychology. She became responsible for the development of pastoral care in school and then went onto a government post initiating and managing projects in health associated with young people and professionals throughout England. Later she retrained as an image consultant and three years ago successfully completed an accredited course with the UK College of Life Coaching to become a life coach.

Fiona works with people who are at a point of change and are seeking to redefine themselves in order to move forward in their lives. She uses her skills as an Image Consultant and Coach to help them create a successful physical presence which supports their behavioural objectives.

Her corporate clients have included Unilever, Marks & Spencer, HFC Bank, Bayer Pharmaceuticals, the Cabinet Office's Top Managers' Programme, a department of the Government of Dubai, Legal and General, Sun Microsystems, Dell Computers, Covance, the Institute of Clinical Researchers and Cranfield School of Management.

She has a Masters Degree In Education and is an Associate Member of The Federation of Image Consultants and a Member of The UK College of Life Coaching.
