Transactional Analysis
Transactional Analysis was developed by Eric Berne, MD (d.1970) It is one of the most accessible theories of modern psychology.
Eric Berne made complex interpersonal transactions easier to understand when he recognized that the human personality is made up of three "ego states". Each ego state is an entire system of thoughts, feelings, and behaviours from which we interact with one another (Parent - Adult - Child).
Transactional Analysis has wide applications in clinical, therapeutic, organisational and personal development, encompassing communication, management, personality, relationships and behaviour.
Whether you're in business, a parent, or interested in personal development, Eric Berne's Transactional Analysis theories, will enrich your dealings with people, and your understanding of yourself.
